Returns & Refunds Policy

We wish you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return your purchase with its original packaging and documentation, within 14 days of receipt. Provided the item you wish to return is in its original condition* and original packaging, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the item by us.


We will happily replace a faulty item with an identical replacement, if it is in stock, rather than a refund, if you so wish. Please indicate your wish when you return the item.


We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to order a different item to the one you have received, you will need to place a new order and return the item you wish to exchange.


*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item being returned and the item has not been worn. The item being returned must not have come into contact with perfume or any other chemicals. Please note that for health reasons, and in compliance with the current UK Health & Hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.


Please note that we will not refund your original delivery costs unless the item you have received is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake.
Goods being returned to us are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return all items to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please note that you will not be refunded for any postage costs incurred when returning goods to us.

Faulty Goods or Wrong Goods

If the goods you have received are faulty or you have received the wrong goods by mistake, please follow the procedure outlined above. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty or wrong goods to return them to us.
